PART 1: PRIVACY POLICY (GLOBAL COMPLIANCE)

1. PRIVACY BY DESIGN & SCOPE
   In accordance with the UK ICO Children’s Code, EU Digital Services Act (DSA), and CCPA, our game Color Block Match is “Private by Default.”

Age Limit: This service is strictly intended for users aged 13 and older.

No Profiling of Minors: We do not conduct targeted advertising based on profiling for any user we identify as a minor.

2. DATA CATEGORIZATION & LEGAL BASIS
   We process data under Legitimate Interests (Art. 6(1)(f) UK GDPR). We do not require account registration.

Identifiers: We collect device-specific IDs (Apple IDFA, Google Advertising ID) and IP addresses.

Usage Data: Gameplay progress, session duration, and feature engagement.

Partners: Data is shared with Yodo1 MAS, Google AdMob, Tenjin, and Google Firebase for monetization and analytics.

Retention: Data is retained for 24 months and then automatically deleted or anonymized.

3. APPLE PRIVACY MANIFEST (REQUIRED REASON APIs)
   For compliance with Apple’s 2026 transparency rules, we declare use of APIs for:

User Defaults (CA92.1): To store local game progress.

Disk Space (E174.1): To prevent crashes due to low storage.

System Boot Time (35F9.1): To identify fraudulent ad traffic and calculate session metrics.

4. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS & OPT-OUTS
   Transfers: We utilize UK Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for data processed in the USA.

Global Privacy Control (GPC): We honor GPC signals. If your device sends an opt-out signal, we treat it as a mandatory request to stop “selling” or “sharing” your data.

PART 2: TERMS OF SERVICE (EULA)

1. BINDING ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER
   PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute between you and Singlecell Studios LTD will be resolved through binding individual arbitration. You hereby waive your right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
2. VIRTUAL ITEMS & CONSUMER RIGHTS
   Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, all in-app purchases are Digital Content.

Waiver: You waive your 14-day right of withdrawal upon delivery of the virtual items.

Refunds: All sales are final. Refund requests must be managed by Apple or Google.

3. MANDATORY DISCLOSURE: LOCAL STORAGE ONLY
   Color Block Match operates on LOCAL STORAGE ONLY. * Irreversibility: We maintain no server-side accounts. Deleting the App, clearing cache, or changing devices results in the permanent, irreversible loss of all progress and virtual items. We cannot restore data to an uninstalled application.
4. ONLINE SAFETY & REPORTING (UK OSA)
   We prohibit illegal activity and “Dark Patterns.” Users may report inappropriate advertisements or technical harms directly to support@singlecellstudios.com. We respond to all safety-critical reports within 48 hours.
5. GOVERNING LAW
   This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
