What Happens Next?

Data Types and Retention Policy
When you submit a deletion request, the following actions occur:

What is Deleted: We will permanently erase your Advertising ID (AAID/IDFA), device metadata, and any associated usage logs from our internal servers.

Third-Party Data: We will notify our ad mediation partner, Yodo1, to remove your identifier from their systems and downstream ad networks.

What is Kept: We do not retain any personal data after a deletion request is processed, except for data we are legally required to keep for financial or tax records (e.g., records of in-app purchases).

Retention Period: Requests are fully processed within 30 days. We do not have an additional retention period; once deleted, the data cannot be recovered.

Finding Your Android Device ID (AAID):
The easiest way to find this is to use the built-in search feature in your settings.

Step 1: Open the Settings app on your phone.

Step 2: Tap the Search bar at the top of the screen and type the word “Ads”.

Step 3: From the search results, tap the option that says “Ads” (usually listed under Google services).

Step 4: Your Advertising ID will be displayed at the bottom of the screen. It is a long string of letters and numbers. Please copy or write this down to include in your email.

Finding Your Apple Device ID (IDFA):
Apple does not show this ID in your standard settings for security reasons. You will need a simple, free “Identifier” app to see it.

Step 1: Open the App Store and search for a free utility app called “The Identifiers” or “My Device ID”.

Step 2: Once downloaded, open the app.

Step 3: Look for the field labeled IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers).

Step 4: Copy that ID (example: EA7583CD-A667-48BC-91D0-940590527111) and paste it into your email to us.

Note for iOS Users: If the app shows all zeros, go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and ensure “Allow Apps to Request to Track” is turned ON so the utility app can read the ID for you.

What happens after I send the email?
Once we receive your Device ID, we take the following actions:

Data Deletion: We delete any records linked to that ID from our own servers and we notify our ad mediator, Yodo1, to purge your ID from their systems and their network of advertising partners.

Confirmation: We will send you a final email once the process is complete. Data Safety Compliance
