AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By downloading, installing, or using Color Block Match (the “Application”), you enter into a binding legal agreement with Singlecell Studios LTD (“we,” “us,” or “the Service Provider”). If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately uninstall the Application and cease all use of our services.
ELIGIBILITY & AGE RESTRICTIONS
Age Limit: You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Application.
Minors: Users between 13 and 17 must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian. We apply high-privacy settings by default for identified minors in compliance with the UK ICO Children’s Code.
LICENSE GRANT & RESTRICTIONS
License: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited, and revocable license to use the Application for
non-commercial purposes on a device you own or control.
Prohibited Actions: You agree not to:
Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the art, code, or trademarks.
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.
Use automated scripts, bots, or “cheats” to manipulate gameplay or ad-viewing.
Remove or obscure any copyright or proprietary notations.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All rights, title, and interest in the Application—including but not limited to the graphics, animations, audio, code, and the “Color Block Match” brand—are the exclusive property of Singlecell Studios LTD. This Application is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
IN-APP PURCHASES & VIRTUAL ITEMS
Digital Content: All virtual items (coins, boosters, lives) are “Digital Content” under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Waiver of Withdrawal: By purchasing or activating a virtual item, you explicitly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once the content is added to your account.
Refunds: All sales are final. Refund requests must be processed through the respective platform (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and are subject to their specific refund policies.
IMPORTANT: LOCAL STORAGE WARNING
Irreversible Loss: Color Block Match operates primarily on local storage. We do not require account registration.
Deletion: If you delete/uninstall the Application from your device, all game progress, earned items, and purchased virtual currency will be permanently and irrecoverably lost. Singlecell Studios LTD cannot restore data for uninstalled applications as we do not host your gameplay save-data on our servers.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & CONNECTIVITY
External Partners: The Application utilizes third-party services for monetization and analytics, including Google AdMob, Unity Ads, and Google Firebase. Your use of the Application is also subject to their respective Terms and Conditions.
Data Usage: You are responsible for any mobile data charges incurred while using the Application, including roaming fees.
DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
“As Is” Basis: The Application is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Application will be error-free or compatible with all hardware versions.
Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales, Singlecell Studios LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or loss of data) arising from your use of the Application.
TERMINATION & UPDATES
Updates: We may periodically issue updates. You agree to download updates to continue using the Service.
Termination: We reserve the right to cease providing or supporting the Application at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, your license to use the Application ends immediately.
GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Arbitration: Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration in the UK. You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits.
