Private by Default: Color Block Match is designed to be “Private by Default.” We do not require account registration or collect personal names/emails for gameplay.
Age Limit: This service is intended for users aged 13 and older.
Minors (13-17): In accordance with the UK Children’s Code, we apply high-privacy settings by default. We do not conduct targeted advertising based on profiling for any user identified as a minor.
DATA CATEGORIZATION & COLLECTION
We collect information to provide a stable gaming experience and support the app through advertising.
Identifiers: We collect device-specific IDs (Apple IDFA, Google Advertising ID) and IP addresses.
Approximate Location: We process IP-based location data to serve relevant ads and comply with regional regulations.
Usage Data: Gameplay progress, session duration, and feature engagement.
Technical Data: Device model, OS version, and disk space (to prevent crashes).
THIRD-PARTY PARTNERS & DATA SHARING
To provide this Free service, we work with a limited number of trusted partners. These partners may collect and process data in accordance with their own policies.
Advertising & Mediation:
Google AdMob: Used to serve and manage advertisements. Privacy Policy.

Analytics & Performance:
Google Firebase: Used for crash reporting and gameplay analytics to improve performance.

APPLE PRIVACY MANIFEST (REQUIRED REASON APIs)
In compliance with Apple’s 2026 ecosystem requirements, we disclose the use of the following APIs:
User Defaults (CA92.1): To store your local game progress and settings.
Disk Space (E174.1): To ensure the app has enough space to run without crashing.
System Boot Time (35F9.1): Used exclusively for anti-fraud measures in ad traffic and to calculate session metrics accurately.
INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS & LEGAL BASIS
Legal Basis: We process data under Legitimate Interests (Art. 6(1)(f) UK GDPR) to provide and monetize a free application.
Transfers: We utilize UK Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and the UK-US Data Bridge for any data processed outside the UK/EEA.
GPC: We honor Global Privacy Control signals as mandatory opt-out requests for data sharing.
